Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 5 pm (Mon-Fri).
All orders after 5pm are dispatched the next working day. 

We currently use Royal Mail to dispatch all items in the UK and worldwide, every parcel is sent on a tracked service with tracking number provided with dispatch email notification.

NYE Delivery

Order by 5pm Wednesday 30th December to receive it in time for NYE, select next day delivery at checkout.

Free UK Returns - online

Please use pre-paid returns label provided with your order and follow instructions on the returns form and return item back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If you have misplaced the returns form please download one here.

Christmas returns - online

All orders placed on or after 29/10/20 can be returned for a refund or exchange providing item(s) are returned back to us by 8/01/21.

IN STORE RETURNS

To return your item(s) bought in store for a credit note or where possible make an exchange, visit our Telford store within 14 days of purchase. All items purchased 29th October 2020 onwards are able to be returned to us by 9th January 2021 for a credit note or an exchange.
